The Tissot Couturier Automatic Small Seconds has an unusual a-symetrical lay-out that is made possible by its caliber 2825, which allows for various placements of the hands. The case has a modern and robust appearance, matching the atypical dial.
Movement
Variation of ETA 2824 with small seconds. The placement of the axis of the hands can vary; one of the features of this movement is the option to place the gears for these at different positions. This is achieved through a module pre-set with different holes to mount these gears; it increases the hight from the 4.7mm of the 2824 to 6.6mm for this movement.
The small seconds hand can be fitted at 12 different positions. As the minute and hour hand can also be mounted at the center, these have 13 different possible positions.
