Introduced at BaselWorld 2015, the Split-Seconds Chronograph reference 5370 by Patek Philippe is powered by the new caliber CHR 29-535 PS, a hand-wound chronograph movement with rattrapante function based on the CH 29-535 PS. The case is somewhat bigger than its brother sans rattrapante, measuring in at 41mm.
Ref. 5370P-001 has a platinum case and a black enamel dial with applied gold Breguet numerals.
