The Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar Split-Seconds Chronograph 5204R was introduced at BaselWorld 2016; it was the first of the 5204's not to be fitted with a platinum case. It is powered by Patek Philippe's in-house CHR 29-535 PS Q movement.
