Description
The Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar 3448 was, thanks to its 27-460Q movement, the very first automatic perpetual calendar to appear on the market. A total of 586 examples are said to have been made.
The present example has a yellow gold case and a silver dial. Its dial is double signed with the retailers signature - 'Howes'. It was sold by Antiquorum and manufactured in 1977.

The first self-winding perpetual calendar wristwatch movement. Based on 27-460 automatic movement. Introduced ca. 1962; later improved with indication for leap year in caliber 27-460 QB.
