Description
The Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean reference 232.30.42.21.01.002 pairs a stainless steel case of 42mm to a matching bracelet. Both bezel and numerals are done in bright orange. Part of the second-generation of Planet Ocean's, this watch is powered by the in-house caliber 8500 movement.
Movement
The in-house caliber 8500 was introduced in the 2007 De Ville Hour Vision. Its two barrels provide a total of 60 hours of power reserve. Version 8501, for use in gold watches, features a solid gold rotor.
Since 2015 certain watches containing this movement may carry the 'Master Co-Axial Chronometer' on the dial.
