Description
The Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra 150m Co-Axial PyeongChang 2018 is a limited edition version of the Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra, released in 2016 in anticipation of the 2018 Olympic Winter Games to be held in South Korea. It features a blue 'teak concept'dial with the text 'PYEONGCHANG 2018' printed, in the colors of the Olympic Rings, on the minute track. The limited edition is engraved on the side of the case, while the transparent sapphire crystal caseback includes the official ?��Olympic Games PyeongChang 2018?��.
Movement
The in-house caliber 8500 was introduced in the 2007 De Ville Hour Vision. Its two barrels provide a total of 60 hours of power reserve. Version 8501, for use in gold watches, features a solid gold rotor.
Since 2015 certain watches containing this movement may carry the 'Master Co-Axial Chronometer' on the dial.
