Description
The chronograph version of the Superocean, this model water-resistant to 200 meters (660 ft) combines a youthful, dynamic and modern appearance with a high-performance selfwinding movement chronometer- certified by the COSC. The seconds hand, the calendar aperture and the signature of the model are adorned with matching color accents forming an elegant contrast with the particularly readable blue dial. The ultra- sturdy case is fitted with a screw-locked crown and safety pushpieces that can only be activated once they are unlocked. Slightly smaller than the regular Superocean Chronograph, the Superocean Chronograph 42 features a 42mm case.
Movement
Breitling's bread & butter, tried & tested chronograph movement. Based on Valjoux / ETA 7750. Versions with both date as well as day & date exist; most of the B13 however only display the date.
